<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a campaign service wherein various kinds of action histories of users are considered without needing a campaign-providing special medium. <P>SOLUTION: This campaign provision system 10 includes: a history information collection part receiving information about the user and information about the action history of the user accompanying use of a commodity or a service from a device, and storing them in a first table; a campaign information management part receiving campaign information including a condition related to the action history and prescribed service contents to be provided to the user from a terminal, and storing it into a second table; a campaign target person extraction part reading the information about the action history of each user from the first table, collating it with the condition related to the action history of the second table, and specifying the user having performed action satisfying the condition as a campaign target person; and a campaign provision instruction part specifying the prescribed service contents corresponding to the condition in the second table, and notifying the service-providing device about an instruction of corresponding service provision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
