<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output information related to each spot corresponding to an action history of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The information related to an optional spot is received from the user by a spot reception part 102, and the information related to the spot and information obtained by actual dropping into the spot by the user are associated and recorded in a recording part 104. Next, information related to a present situation is obtained by a situation obtaining part 103. The information related to the spot recorded in the recording part 104 is changed based on the information related to the present situation, so that it is decided by a decision part 107 whether or not influence reaches to newly obtain information obtained in the past associated to the information related to the spot. Furthermore, by a control part 108, an output part 101 is controlled, and the information related to the spot including changed contents is output based on a decision result.
