<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately calculate a difficulty level of a music piece in consideration of various elements comprising the music piece. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 11 calculates the difficulty level of the music piece based on musical sound data including: sound pitch information for each note comprising the music piece stored in a RAM 13; fingering information when touching a key of the note; and time information about the note. The CPU 11 calculates a fingering difficulty level concerning the fingering for touching the key of an adjacent note based on the sound pitch information and the fingering information, calculates a rhythm difficulty level concerning the length of the note and key touch timing based on the time information about the note, calculates a tonality difficulty level concerning tonality of the music piece based on the sound pitch information of the note, and calculates the difficulty level of the whole music piece based on the fingering difficulty level, the rhythm difficulty level and the tonality difficulty level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
