<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data analysis system capable of flexibly adjusting immediacy and security of data analysis according to an application and a purpose of the analysis. <P>SOLUTION: At a store 1, raw data input by a data input device 3 is stored in a raw data storage part 5 of a data collection device 4. The raw data in the raw data storage part 5 is preprocessed using a preprocessing program 100 in a program execution part 6, and transmitted from an analysis data transmitting part 7 to a center server 2 as the preprocessed data. In the center server 2, the pretrated data is received by an analysis data receiving part 11 in a data analyzing device 8, a corresponding analysis program 101 is read from a program management part 9 in a program execution part 12, and analyzed based on this analysis program 101.
