<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for accurately measuring temperature of a measuring object regardless of heating conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The cooker includes: a heating coil 21 for heating a cooking container 31 and a heating object (cooking object) 32; an infrared sensor 17 for detecting infrared radiation amount of the cooking container 31; a storage device 25 storing a temperature conversion equation for converting infrared detection amount to temperature; a control means 24 which calculates a detection temperature based on the temperature conversion equation and controls input power to the induction heating coil 21 based on the detection temperature; an operation part 16 for setting heating power, set temperature or the like of the induction heating coil 21; and a display 18 for displaying input information from the operation part 16 and a heating state of the heating object 32. Under a temperature known condition of the cooking container 31 or the heating object 32, the temperature conversion equation in the storage device 25 is matched to the known temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
