PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a refrigerating cycle to prevent degradation of cooling efficiency and make a pressure at a low pressure side constant, by preventing blockage of an expansion valve without analyzing a valve opening for every expansion valve. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating cycle device 1 having a refrigerant circuit including a compressing device 15, a radiator 16, the expansion valve 4 and an evaporator 5, a control device 20 is disposed to control the compressing device 15 and the expansion valve 4, and the control device 20 controls an operation of the compressing device 15 based on the a temperature Tr of a cooled space cooled by the evaporator 5, and controls the valve opening of the expansion valve 4 to keep temperature difference between the temperature Tr of the cooled space and an inlet-side temperature Tin of the evaporator 5 constant.
