PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire having excellent driving performance, braking performance and cornering performance and improving controllability and stability performance. SOLUTION: In this pneumatic tire 1, a bead part 2, a carcass 12 and a bead filler 9 are provided, a belt 11 and a tread 7 are arranged, and side parts 10 are provided. Each of the side parts 10 includes a side reinforcing layer 8 made of rubber-coated fabric of a plurality cords 14 astride a width direction end of the belt 11 and a tire radial direction outermost side end 16 of the bead filler 9. Each cord 14 of the side reinforcing layer 8 is inclined to a normal line n of the circumference O at an intersection of a circumference O with a rotary shaft of the tire 1 as a centerand and the cord 14.
