PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body floor structure enhancing strength, reducing weight, protecting a fuel tank from load of rear-end collision, and improving the yield of blank layout of a floor panel. SOLUTION: The vehicle body floor structure 11 includes a vehicle body frame (rear frame) 41; a stiffener (upper stiffener) 42; and the floor panel (rear floor panel) 38. A first flange 47 and a second flange 48 are extended from an edge 45 of an opening 44 of the vehicle body frame 41 to the outside of an opening 44, respectively. The upper stiffener 42 is connected to the first flange 47 through a first spot welded part 52 with a first welding margin 51 overlapped thereon, and is overlappingly connected to the floor panel 38 through a second spot welded part 54 by extending a second welding margin 53 from the first welding margin 51 to the floor panel 38.
