PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe angle adjusting device capable of suppressing rolling resistance coefficients of a right and left wheels and an average rolling resistance coefficient thereof. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with an actuator 35 adjustable so as to make toe angles of a pair of right and left wheels 4 bilaterally symmetrical, and with a toe angle adjustment control part 36 capable of controlling the actuator 35. A pair of right and left tires 5 provided to a pair of right and left wheels 4 have a plurality of belt layers 21 and tread patterns 25 bilaterally symmetrically disposed.
