PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper mounting bracket provided with enough strength for supporting a wiper device. SOLUTION: In the arrangement structure 70 of a wiper mounting bracket for mounting a wiper device 74, the wiper mounting bracket 71 (72, 72) is equipped with: at least two fixing portions 81, 81 (101, 102) to be fixed to a vehicle body 10; and a wiper mounting portion 83 (103) which is disposed between the fixing portions 81, 81 (101, 102) to mount the wiper device 74. A through hole 88 (108) which is formed from an extrusion member and penetrates through the extrusion member is provided in the wiper mount portion 83 (103). The wiper mount portion 83 (103) has a tubular portion 91 penetrating through the through hole 88 (108) and a seat portion 92 exposed on a surface of a mounting face of the wiper mount portion 83 (103).
