PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grilling device which controls a temperature within a grill case to maintain the preset temperature for cooking and performs the control appropriately. SOLUTION: The grilling device is provided with the first temperature sensor 81 arranged in a position where the temperature tends to be stabilized within a grill case and the second temperature sensor 82 arranged in a position where the temperature tends to change according to on/off of an upper grill heater 70 and a lower grill heater 69. A control part 90 determines that the temperature within a grill case 62 has reached a cooking preset temperature based on a predetermined detected temperature of the first temperature sensor 81, sets the current temperature of the second temperature sensor 82 as a reference temperature, then implements on/off control of the grill heater according to the detected temperature of the second temperature sensor 82.
