摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a laminar element having a characteristic that a numerical value of flow rate, from a practical aspect, is within±1% deviation from the linear relation value of a differential pressure, and to provide a laminar flow type flowmeter having a small and pressure resistant structure and a composition including a pressure sensor being practically simple. SOLUTION: The laminar flow type flowmeter measures the differential pressure between the inlet side 17 and the outlet side 21 of a pipeline and measures a flow rate from the physical constants of a fluid, the temperature and absolute pressure at the inlet, and the cross section area of the flow channel, wherein the laminar element 20 for forming a laminar flow is structured to form the constant length laminar element necessary for generating the differential pressure using one or a plurality of circular flow channels formed from an inner circle of the outside pipe 1 and outer circles of inside pipes 11, 13 installed therein.
