PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchange ventilating device preventing driving sound of a drive device from becoming noise when an air course is switched and facilitating maintenance of the drive device. SOLUTION: The heat exchange ventilating device 20 includes: a casing 1 constituting an outer shell; a heat exchanger 11 stored within the casing 1; an air supply air course 5; an air exhaust air course 8; a bypass air course; an air blower 9 for air supply provided in the air supply air course 5; and an air blower 10 for air exhaust provided in the air exhaust air course 8. The heat exchange ventilating device 20 further includes: an air course switching damper 13 movable to a position closing the bypass air course and a position downstream of the heat exchanger 11 and closing the air exhaust air course 8; and the drive device 14 for moving the air course switching damper 13. The drive device 14 is provided downstream of the heat exchanger 11 in the air exhaust air course 8 and upstream of the air course switching damper 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
