PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low dusting toothed belt for possibly reducing a sticking material and abrasion powder caused by a manufacturing process and use of a belt, so as to be capable of keeping high air cleanliness required for a clean room. SOLUTION: In this low dusting toothed belt, a conductor is embedded in a spiral shape in the width direction in a belt body. The low dusting toothed belt for the clean room has a synthetic resin layer laminated in at least a part of the belt body so as to cover the exposed conductor, by covering and/or impregnating the conductor by an adhesion treating agent, by using a urethane-based resin as a forming material of the belt body. Cleaning treatment is desirably applied to a belt surface. The cleaning treatment may be performed by an alkalescent aqueous solution, an organic solvent or functional water.
