PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bathroom drying and heating device capable of controlling the temperature within a bathroom without mounting a heater. SOLUTION: The bathroom drying and heating device includes: duct piping 60 connected to the bathroom 51, an undressing room 52 and a living room 53; an air supply fan 2 for sending air to the bathroom 51; an air exhaust fan 3 for discharging air within the duct piping 60 to an outdoor side; an air supply damper 4 for switching a room sucking air to the undressing room 52 or the living room 53; an air exhaust damper 5 for switching the sending destination of air to the bathroom 51 or the outdoor side; and a control part 6 for controlling the air supply fan 2, the air exhaust fan 3, the air supply damper 4 and the air exhaust damper 5 so that the temperature of the bathroom 51 becomes set temperature based on the temperature of the bathroom 51, the temperature of the undressing room 52, the temperature of the living room 53 and an operation mode set in the bathroom 51, and thus, switching an air supply air course and an air exhaust air course.
