PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a user, who is not skilled in microphone operating techniques, to keep appropriate voice pressure while holding a microphone at a position easy to take the microphone for the user himself/herself. SOLUTION: A microphone 10 including a microphone unit 12 for converting voice pressure into an electric signal includes: a supporting means for supporting the microphone unit 12 movably along a length direction of a grip 11; and a moving means for moving the microphone unit 12 to an arbitrary position. The supporting means and the moving means are comprised of e.g., a rotational drive unit 14 constituting the grip 11, a rotational screw 15b, a rotation suppression plate 17b, a case 18 constituting the microphone unit 12, a moving screw 15a and a rotation suppression plate 17a.
