PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device surely cutting a sheet even if the positional relation between a cutting edge of a cutting blade and an opposing member with which the cutting edge opposes is not finely adjusted. SOLUTION: In the cutter device including a rotatively driven cutting blade for cutting the sheet and a receiving seat opposing the cutting blade and configured so that the cutting blade cuts the sheet interposed between the cutting blade and the receiving seat, the receiving seat is formed into a rotatively driven roll shape, a cutting blade protecting sheet member made of a synthetic resin is interposed between the sheet and the receiving seat, the protecting sheet member is arranged to move at a speed matching the conveying speed of the sheet, a pair of winding bodies winding the protection sheet member are mounted, and the protection sheet member wound in a coil shape by one winding body is drawn out sequentially, is made to pass between the sheet and the receiving seat, and is thereafter wound sequentially in the other winding body.
