PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OLED equipped with an electrode in which the thermal stability, optical efficiency and durability can be improved. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting element includes a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a second electrode opposing to the first electrode, and an organic layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; the first electrode includes an aluminum-based reflecting membrane containing the first element and Ni, and a transparent conductive membrane formed on the Al-based reflecting membrane contacting with the Al based reflecting membrane; and the first element is one or more elements selected from a group consisting of La, Ce, Pr, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Lu.
