PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag and an airbag device that are suitable for accepting a small-sized occupant at the time of front collision of the vehicle, and the vehicle having the airbag device installed therein. SOLUTION: An airbag 10 has a right half airbag 12 that bulges out at the front right side of an occupant, a left half airbag 14 that bulges out at the front left side of the occupant, and a base end chamber 16 communicated with the base ends of the right half airbag 12 and the left half airbag 14. The right half airbag 12 and the left half airbag 14 are sawn to each other through a sewing line 90S. Inside portions of the airbags 12, 14 communicate with each other through each of upper and lower openings 91, 92. A recessed part 13 extending upwardly and downward is present at a surface of the bulged-out airbag 10 opposing against the occupant.
