The belt (5) has a reinforcement layer (7) including two adjacent steel cords (8) extending along longitudinal direction of the belt. A structural part (11) i.e. traversing wall strip profile, is attached on a carrier side (9) of the belt. The structural part includes a base part (12), which is sewed with the belt by a seam (24) such that the seam is continuously inserted between two adjacent steel cords. The base part is provided with arms (23) steeping out from the structural part, where the seam is fastened to the arms at a belt body.
