<p>The doctor blade apparatus (1) comprises a holder (2) produced from a composite material in a continuous primary forming method, a doctor blade bed (3) produced from a polymer the continuous primary forming method, and a doctor blade rod (4) rotatably mounted in a bearing recess at the front side of the doctor blade bed. The holder is designed, so that the doctor blade bed and the doctor blade rod are insertable into a reception provided in the holder and are removed from the reception. The holder consists of a holder main body (22, 23, 24, 25), and a rocker lever. The doctor blade apparatus (1) comprises a holder (2) produced from a composite material in a continuous primary forming method, a doctor blade bed (3) produced from a polymer the continuous primary forming method, and a doctor blade rod (4) rotatably mounted in a bearing recess at the front side of the doctor blade bed. The holder is designed, so that the doctor blade bed and the doctor blade rod are insertable into a reception provided in the holder and are removed from the reception. The holder consists of a holder main body (22, 23, 24, 25), and a rocker lever rotatably mounted onto the holder main body. A front part of the rocker lever turned to the upper side of the doctor blade bed, a part of the holder turned to the back side of the doctor blade bed and a part of the holder turned to the lower side of the doctor blade bed form the reception in a C-form. The doctor blade rod is kept in the C-opening of the reception. The front part of the rocker lever lies on the upper side of the doctor blade bed in the installed state of the doctor blade bed. A rear part of the rocker lever connects with a flexible tube, which is connected to a supporting arm of the holder that projects at a side of the holder turned away from the doctor blade bed, where an expansion and/or contraction of the flexible tube causes a tilting movement of the rocker lever. A free end of the supporting arm connects with a justifying tube for adjusting the radial position of the doctor blade rod. The tube is connected with the rear part of the rocker lever and the supporting arm of the holder. The reception is limited by a projection and the doctor blade bed has a corresponding pit, which engages with the projection during inserting the doctor blade bed into the reception. The holder consists of glass fiber composite material. The bearing recess has a channel open towards the doctor blade rod. The distance between the upper side and the lower side of the doctor blade bed reduces from the front side to the back side of the doctor blade bed. A groove is provided at the back side of the doctor blade bed. The doctor blade bed has a hollow space for material savings.</p> |
