The flap arrangement (1) has an inner flap (6) that is formed as a cylindrical flap with a side wall (4). An opening (5) is formed in the side wall of the inner flap and is locked with an outer flap (7), which is actuated by a lever. A channel e.g. cooling air channel or fresh air channel, is formed for guiding cooling air from a cooling device e.g. vaporizer, to the arrangement. Another channel e.g. heat air channel or environmental air channel, supplies the air heated by a heating device to the arrangement.
