<p>A processing method and a relay station for collaborative multiple input multiple output (Co-MIMO) are disclosed by the present invention. The method comprises: the relay station receiving a collaborative base station (CBS) selection threshold from a base station, wherein said CBS selection threshold being used to indicate the maximum of interference signal intensity; when said relay station locating in cell edge of said base station, said relay station measuring said interference signal intensity and determining cells whose interference signal intensity is less than said CBS selection threshold as a CBS subset from a CBS set, wherein said CBS set being all the neighboring cell of said relay station. Through the present invention, the interference of inter-cell is reduced, and peak data rate and throughput of an edge user terminal in the cover area of the base station or the relay station are increased. Moreover, the result is enabled that the base station may dynamically select whether a subordinate relay station can participate in the operation of Co-MIMO.</p> |
