PURPOSE: A conduit line type sludge mixing-agglomeration device is provided to improve the dehydration efficiency of sludge by perfectly transferring the sludge to a centrifugal dehydrator after agglomerating. CONSTITUTION: A conduit line type sludge mixing-agglomeration device comprises the following: a body(10) including a hollow hole(11) to the horizontal direction; a coagulant injection conduit line(14); a rotary shaft(31); a wing unit(32) including a high speed stirring wing(32a), a backward flowing wing(32b), and a transfer wing(32c), to form aggregated sludge by stirring sludge and the coagulant by the rotation of the rotary shaft; and a mixing unit(30) formed with a rotating motor(33).
