PURPOSE: A steel pipe pressing-in device and a foundation constructing method of a sunk well using the same are provided to enable a cylinder of a hydraulic device to press multiple steel pipes underground using the reaction force of power applied on a support member. CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe pressing-in device comprises a steel pipe(200), a support member(300), and a hydraulic device. The steel pipe is formed with multiple grooves. The support member supports the steel pipe. The hydraulic device presses the steel pipe underground using fluid pressure. The hydraulic device comprises a main body member. The main body member is inserted into the groove of the steel pipe.
