HEAT RESISTING STEEL BLOCKS FOR INCINERATOR

PURPOSE: A heat-resisting steel block for an incinerator, capable of the minimization of the deformation due to the thermal expansion in an incineration process, is provided to reduce a clinker attached to a refractory barrier of an incinerator by removing the clinker using self load. CONSTITUTION: A heat-resisting steel block for an incinerator comprises a hollow hexahedron-shaped casing(100) and a castable. The rear side of the casing is opened. The castable is filled in the inside space of the casing as a fireproof material. A plurality of hole(102) is formed in the exposed front side of the casing in order to prevent the deformation by the gas created from the castable, and the thermal expansion at the operation temperature of the incinerator.
