PURPOSE: A system for corresponding to sleep disturbance via real-time monitoring is provided to control sleep of a user without limiting the user by installing a respiratory sensor and a motion sensor. CONSTITUTION: A respiratory sensor(100) transmits a detection signal of gas which a user inhales through a respiratory organ. A motion sensor(200) transmits the detection signal of the motion and status of a human body. A processing unit(300) generates a control signal to control the sleep of the human body according the detection signal. A controller(400) controls the sleep of the human body according to the control signal from the processing unit. A display unit shows the information received from the processing unit.
