<p>PURPOSE: A composition of pressure sensitive adhesive tape is provided to prevent ozone such as corona and to perform plasma treatment of a base of a tape in no vacuum using a normal pressure plasma. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an adhesive tape comprises the steps of: blending 100.0 parts by weight alkylacrylate monomer, 5-10 parts by weight polar monomer, 1-10 parts by weight adhesive resin, 0.01-1 parts by weight photoinitiator, and 0.01-1 parts by weight cross-linking agent and synthesizing a photo-polymerizable adhesive composition using a ultraviolet irradiation polymerization method; modifying the surface of a plastic film and metal sheet with a polar functional group of a carboxyl group using atmospheric pressure plasma, and modifying the surface while imparting a hydrophilic group; coating the surface of metal sheet and plastic film; and curing the adhesive tape by irradiating ultraviolet rays.</p> |
