PURPOSE: A kicking exercise device is provided to make installation and carrying very convenient and to improve martial arts practice. CONSTITUTION: A kicking exercise device comprises: a body which is formed into a rectangular frame and perpendicularly installed; top and bottom covers(21,22) which are installed at the top and bottom of the body and protect the body; and a striking portion(40) which is respectively installed in the front and both sides of the body. The striking portion includes: a shock absorber installed at the outside of a plate; a movable part combined with the inner center of the plate; a guide plate combined with the top and bottom sides thereof; and a rack gear which is installed to coincide with a pinion gear of a rotary shaft.
