PURPOSE: A grinding wheel is provided to grind the upper and lower parts of a groove even though the surface of a workpiece to be ground is not inverted during a grinding process. CONSTITUTION: A grinding wheel comprises a sandpaper assembly(20) and a hub wheel(30). Multiple square sandpaper sheets are overlapped in the columnar direction. The hub wheel is installed in the sandpaper assembly. Disc-shaped sandpaper(40) has a hollow portion(41). The sandpaper is bonded with the upper side of the sandpaper assembly by epoxy resin(50).
