PURPOSE: A wireless terminal for a mobile voucher and a method for processing voucher using the same are provided to conveniently receive a voucher service without directly receiving a voucher through a voucher subject wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: A voucher subject wireless terminal(155) is provided to a voucher subject and has a voucher function. A voucher server(100) transmits voucher contents to the voucher subject wireless terminal. The voucher server receives a voucher acknowledgement statement including the voucher subject authentication information. The voucher server reads out the received voucher acknowledgement statement to process the approval for the voucher.
