PURPOSE: A method for preparing a micro-scaffold for tissue engineering is provided to produce various shapes by spraying a trace amount of biodegradable polymer ink by an inkjet printing method. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a micro-scaffold for tissue engineering using an inkjet printing method comprises the steps of: dissolving a biocompatible polymer in an organic solvent to prepare polymer ink; injecting the polymer ink into a printer cartridge and installing the cartridge in a printer; and printing desired patterns on a substrate with the polymer ink sprayed from a nozzle.
