PURPOSE: A complex material for impact absorption and noise attenuation is provided to form a core and an elastomer made of a fiber reinforced resin in a prepreg state, thereby increasing strength, elongation, and tear features. CONSTITUTION: A complex material(100a) includes the following components. An elastomer(20) has a fixed thickness and a fixed size. A core material(10) is made of a fiber reinforced resin. The core material is injected into an elastomer to efficiently absorb an impact and attenuate noise. The core material is made of at least one of a carbon fiber, a glass fiber, and an aramid filament.
