PURPOSE: By using the flux transition than the precession of spin the relaxation oscillator using the spin element obtains the high generating power. CONSTITUTION: The power supply unit(400) sanctions voltage to the power source for oscillation. The spin element(420) is driven by the power applied from the power supply unit. According to the spin element is the intensity of the magnetic field, the variable voltage value is had. The resistance unit is serially connected between the voltage source and spin element.
