The implant part (12) has a connection element retainer (28), where a connecting element (82) of the connecting device is arranged in the connection element retainer. A securing device (86) is provided for securing the connecting element in the connecting element retainer. The connecting element is attached to an attaching element for guiding the connecting element into the connecting element retainer.
