PURPOSE: An apparatus for scratching funguses for an automatic system for cultivating mushroom is provided to increase productivity due to effective mushroom growth. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for scratching funguses for an automatic system for cultivating mushroom comprises a bottle transfer unit(10) moved along one side in which the bottom of bottles is contained a cage; a lid opening(20); a funguses scratching unit(30); and a unit for tuning upside down bottles in the state where the opening of the bottles is downwardly directed.
