PURPOSE: A washing apparatus is provided to reduce an installation space by the formation of a drain chamber in a flat type and facilitate water level sensing and pressure sensing according to the amount of washing water. CONSTITUTION: A washing apparatus comprises a tub, a drum, and a drain hose(2230). The tub accepts washing water. The drum is rotatably installed inside the tub. The drain hose comprises a drain chamber(2232), a drain path(2234), and an air chamber(2236). The drain chamber provisionally stores the washing water discharged from the tub. The drain path and the air chamber connect to the side of the drain chamber. |
