CONSTITUTION: A second conductive semiconductor layer(150) is formed on a conductive supporting unit(160). An active layer(140) is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. A first conductive semiconductor layer(130) is formed on the active layer. A protective element(115) is formed on the first conductive semiconductor layer. The protective element is composed of a body part including a first conductive dopant and a doping part including a second conductive dopant.
