PURPOSE: A thermal mat using planar heating elements is provided, which can accurately and stably perform temperature control of planar heating elements and improves durability and marketability. CONSTITUTION: A thermal mat using planar heating elements comprises: a planar heating element(110) heated by applied power source; a thermochromic line(120) which is arranged in order to a zigzag type on one side of the planar heating element in order to sense heating temperature of the planar heating element; a power supply unit(130) supplying the power to the planar heating element and thermochromic line; a resistance detection unit(140) which is electrically connected to the thermochromic line and measures the resistance value; and a controller(150) controlling the drive of the power supply unit.
