SCHIZANDRA FRUIT JUICE AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Schizandra fruit juice and a production method thereof are provided to reduce bitter and spicy tastes of seed by separating seeds before a juice extraction process without separate addition or thermal process. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing schisandra chinensis fruit comprises the steps of: washing schisandra chinensis fruits without separation of branches; smashing and separating fruits and branches of schisandra chinensis; centrifuging the schisandra chinensis fruits to separate seeds from fruits of schisandra chinensis; juice-squeezing the flesh in which the seed is separated; filtering the schisandra chinensis juice; and concentrating the filtered schisandra chinensis juice.
