PURPOSE: An automatic medication sorting device is provided, which can automatically and continuously classify medication even recognition of medication is failed. CONSTITUTION: An automatic medication sorting device comprises: a transport unit(1) transferring medication through the inside of a main body(110); a shadow recognition part creating the contour information by recognizing the contour of the medication passing through the transport unit; a robot arm transferring medication while holding the medication; a bar code recognition unit obtaining the information of medication; an outlet(5) through which medication is exhausted; and a controller storing the information of medication and controlling the operation of the robot arm.
