PURPOSE: A mobile voucher operating method for using a voucher paid to a voucher object, a system thereof and a recording medium therefor are provided to conveniently supply a voucher service without a card terminal. CONSTITUTION: A message receiving unit(120) receives a voucher acknowledgement message including voucher object authentication information in a voucher object mobile terminal storage unit from a voucher object mobile terminal. A voucher approval unit(125) deciphers the received voucher message. The voucher approval unit processes the approval about a voucher history. An information storage unit(130) interlinks the processed voucher history to the voucher object information. The information storage unit stores the connected information in the storage media.
