PURPOSE: An apparatus, a system, and a method for quickly providing location information of a mobile communication terminal are provided to supply location information of the mobile communication terminal without respect to registration of the mobile communication terminal on a visitor location register. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(221) receives a message, which requests location information of a mobile communication terminal, from a gateway mobile positioning server. A check unit(222) transmits a paging signal to the mobile communication terminal by a request of the received message. The check unit checks reception of the paging signal. A location information management unit(223) provides location information of the mobile communication terminal to the gateway mobile positioning server if the response to the paging signal is received.
