PURPOSE: A treatment apparatus for bean sprout is provided to easily obtain only the stem part of bean sprout by removing sprout and root portions of bean sprout. CONSTITUTION: A treatment apparatus for bean sprout comprises a bean sprout transfer conveyor(200), a bean sprout aligning conveyor(300), a first cutting unit(500) and a second cutting unit(600) which cut the root portion and sprout portion, and a main frame(900).
