A FREEZING REMOVAL SYSTEM FOR ROAD USING GEOTHERMAL COOLING AND HEATING UNIT

PURPOSE: A road-freezing prevention system using apartment geothermic heating/cooling facilities is provided to prevent icing since high temperature heat is transmitted to a pipe within a short time using geothermic heating/cooling facilities. CONSTITUTION: A road-freezing prevention system using apartment geothermic heating/cooling facilities comprises a geothermal heat exchanger(10), a hot water tank(30), a pipe(60), a valve(40), and a valve controller(70). The geothermal heat exchanger is formed in order to be used in a geothermal heating and air-conditioning system. The hot water tank stores hot water from a heat pump(20) of the geothermal cooling and heating system. The pipe is laid under a road connected to the hot water tank. The valve is installed between the pipes laid under the road. The valve controller operates a valve in concern of icing or snow coverage on a road.
