PURPOSE: A deflection detector for a cable sheathing device is provided to prevent a groove or a protrusion from becoming formed in the inner diameter of a body by burying a filler member in the body. CONSTITUTION: A deflection detector for a cable sheathing device comprises a body(310). The body is formed in a hollow circular shape. A cable passes through the inside the body. A ring-shaped cutting groove(311) with a bigger width than a sensor(400) is formed in the inner diameter of the body. Upper and lower sensors are arranged in the top and bottom of the body. A filler member(500) is buried in the body and has the same inner diameter as the body.
