ACTIVE RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION MULTI HOP RELAY SYSTEM AND TAGS RECOGNITION METHOD

PURPOSE: An active radio frequency identification multi hop relay system and a tag recognizing method are provided to relay RF signal transceiving between an RFID reader and tags through at least one relay tag, thereby increasing a recognition distance of the RFID reader. CONSTITUTION: At least one RFID reader(110) generates an RF signal necessary for tag recognition. At least one first area relay tag(131~133) is located within the first recognition distance. If the RF signal is received from the RFID reader, the first area relay tag transmits the RF signal to the second area tag(122~127) out of the first recognition distance. If tag data is received from the second area tag, the first area relay tag transmits the tag data to the RFID reader.
