PURPOSE: A gateway with a data group transmitting function and a mobile communication system thereof are provided to transmit data from a gateway to a corresponding communication terminal between terminals of a group, thereby quickly transmitting data. CONSTITUTION: A communication access unit(210) communicates with a communication terminal(100), a group management server(300), a charging server(400) and a content server(500). A charging unit(230) generates charging call data of a data transmission. If a data packet is received from the communication terminal and the content server through the communication access unit, a service controller(240) authenticates the communication terminal and the content server through an authentication unit(220). The service controller analyzes the data packet.
