PURPOSE: A bed tray and reading stand in one is provided, which can perform reading stand and illumination functions when reading a book. CONSTITUTION: A bed tray and reading stand in one comprises: a transparent upper plate(1) which is finished with rubber materials(3,3a); optical fiber illumination devices(2,2a) installed at both sides of the upper plate; and a leg(4) which is installed to make height control and slope control possible at four edges. The height and slope of the leg are controlled to be used as a reading stand.
