PURPOSE: A fluid generator is provided to prevent fluid actuating inside from having an effect on an outer blade and fluid actuating on the outer blade from having an effect on an inner blade. CONSTITUTION: A fluid generator comprises an inner blade portion and an outer blade portion. A rotary shaft(01) is fixed at the center of a rotational blade body plate(09). A blade piece(03) and a blade plate(05) are installed between upper and lower rotational blade body plates. The blade piece and the blade plate have a predetermined angle and a pitch based on the center of the central part. The outer blade portion comprises an outer blade lower plate(11) and an outer blade upper plate(27). The bottom support shaft is installed on the central part of the lower surface of the outer blade lower plate. |
